Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position offering excellent career growth opportunities. As a Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officer, you will identify, acquire, and service clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products across multiple branches.

Work Locations: Kimathi, Aga Khan Walk, Limuru, Ruaka, Kitengela, Mombasa Road, Upperhill, Nairobi Business Centre, Lavington, Kajiado, Ngong, Kangemi, Kibwezi, Kimana, Emali, and Wote.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and service clients through effective sales and relationship management
• Promote life insurance and related financial products to meet client needs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships based on trust and reliability
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and understand client needs
• Provide tailored advice on suitable insurance solutions
• Prepare reports and documentation related to sales activities
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Insurance, marketing, or related certification

• Strong sales and marketing skills with proven ability to close sales and meet targets
• Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal communication abilities
