Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officer. You will be based at one of our branches including: Kimathi, Aga Khan Walk, Limuru, Ruaka, Kitengela, Mombasa Road, Upperhill, Nairobi Business Centre, Lavington, Kajiado, Ngong, Kangemi, Kibwezi, Kimana, Emali, or Wote.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and service clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through reliable advice and professional service
• Achieve sales targets and conduct market research to identify opportunities
• Provide tailored insurance solutions based on client needs
• Prepare reports and handle customer queries efficiently
• Collaborate with different teams within the company to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Insurance or marketing certification

• Strong sales and marketing skills with proven ability to close sales and meet targets
• Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities for market research and solution recommendations
