Position Overview

CIC Insurance is seeking qualified candidates to fill full-time, on-site positions as Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officers across multiple branches in Kenya, including locations in Mombasa, Nairobi, and surrounding areas.

Role Description

This role involves identifying, acquiring, and servicing clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products. You will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Achieving sales targets
• Conducting market research
• Providing reliable advice to clients on suitable insurance solutions
• Preparing reports and documentation
• Handling customer queries and concerns
• Collaborating with different teams within the company to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Insurance or marketing certification is preferred

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong sales and marketing skills with proven ability to close sales and meet targets
• Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with capacity for market research
• Strong time management and goal-setting skills
• Professional ethics in all business dealings
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in sales or insurance (advantageous)
