About the Role

Our client, a busy restaurant in Nairobi CBD, is seeking a responsible and proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate must be able to lead a team, maintain high standards, and ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff during shifts
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
• Support management in stock control and daily reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in a restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
