Research & Development Officer

Role Focus: - Oversee efficacy trials, seed certification, and soil testing - Coordinate county field trials and research demos - Research value addition, storage, processing, and commercialization - Develop solutions for pests and diseases (late blight, PCN, Dickeya, and emerging threats) Requirements: - Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Pathology, or related field - Minimum 3 years research experience (KEPHIS familiarity is an added advantage) - Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills - Willingness to travel and work in the field
