## Title: Receptionist / Customer Relations Agent

About the Role

An established company is seeking a qualified and professional Receptionist / Customer Relations Agent to join their team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing administrative functions, and supporting sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients courteously at the showroom
  • Manage the reception area to maintain a professional and welcoming environment
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally
  • Address customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
  • Record and update customer data, quotations, and orders in the system
  • Assist with social media and WhatsApp-based client engagement
  • Coordinate client appointments and maintain an organized booking schedule
  • Support the sales team through follow-ups and feedback collection
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, invoicing, and scheduling deliveries

Required Qualifications & Competencies

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Front Office, Customer Service, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms for business use
  • Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in the retail or furniture industry

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
