## Title: Real Estate Advisor – Commercial and Industrial Sales

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to drive commercial and industrial real estate sales. You will manage the entire sales process from lead generation through closure, working closely with the Head of Sales and Country Head to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete commercial and industrial sales cycle including lead generation, presentations, site visits, negotiations, closure, and administration
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities for educational, commercial, and industrial land across target markets including industries, companies, hotels, schools, hospitals, religious institutions, and developers
  • Generate, convert, and close both local and international sales leads while building strategic relationships with agents
  • Maintain strong relationships with current commercial and industrial clients through comprehensive after-sales support
  • Input client information and sales activities into CRM systems
  • Develop and deliver customized pitches for identified opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that support sales objectives
  • Represent the company at conferences, seminars, trade shows, and exhibitions to source leads and stay informed of industry developments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in commercial or industrial sales, or liaising with companies on real estate or business development matters
  • Extensive network within Kenya and international business circles
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in sales, marketing, or business studies from a recognized institution (preferred)
