About the Role

We are seeking a Quality & Safety Specialist to join our Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction and engineering activities meet quality standards and safety requirements across our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site quality inspections and functional testing using standard measuring tools
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and safety regulations
• Perform safety audits and support corrective action plans
• Prepare clear and accurate reports with supporting evidence and data
• Provide timely feedback and support engineering teams with quality-related issues
• Travel and relocate within the country when required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the construction industry
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general computer operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with housing construction or steel structure projects
