Job Summary

On behalf of our esteemed client in the manufacturing industry, we are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join their growing team. This role is critical in ensuring that production processes and finished products consistently meet both company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed, accurate records of all quality control activities, inspections, tests, and procedures
• Conduct internal and potentially external audits to verify adherence to quality standards and regulations
• Work closely with engineering teams, production, and management to resolve quality issues and improve overall product quality and process efficiency
• Train production staff and quality control staff on quality control procedures, best practices, and new quality standards

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in QA, Engineering, or related technical field
• 3–5 years' experience in Quality Assurance/Control within a production, manufacturing, or printing environment
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, KEBS regulations, and safety standards
• High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
