Position Overview

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for the role of Professor in Actuarial Science at Grade 15.

Required Qualifications

• Earned PhD degree in Actuarial Science or a relevant area of specialty
• Minimum twelve (12) years of university teaching experience, with at least three (3) years as a full-time Associate Professor
• At least sixty (60) publication points, with a minimum of forty (40) points from articles in refereed scholarly journals since appointment as Associate Professor
• Successful supervision of at least six (6) Master's degree students and two (2) PhD students to completion since appointment as Associate Professor
• Evidence of successfully securing at least two (2) research grants since appointment as Associate Professor

Required Experience and Demonstrated Competencies

• Evidence of attendance and active contribution at learned conferences, seminars, or workshops
• Evidence of active participation and/or leadership in university activities
• Evidence of continued research engagement and productivity
