About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Product Delivery, Operations & Execution Excellence Manager to lead product development initiatives from discovery through launch, ensuring operational excellence and seamless cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery-to-launch process, ensuring strong documentation and governance
• Oversee product development cadence, backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvements, automation opportunities, and scalable workflows
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure product scalability, performance, availability, and stability
• Identify, resolve complex product issues, and proactively escalate risks

• High-quality, timely releases with minimal defects
• Efficient cross-team execution with reduced cycle times
• Strong product reliability and operational stability

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• MBA or postgraduate qualification (preferred)

Experience

• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful digital products
• Experience leading junior product managers and cross-functional product development teams
