Job specifications For appointment to this grade, an Officer must have: - - Cumulative service period of twelve (12) years relevant work experience three (3) of which should have been at the grade of Senior Supply Chain Management Assistant or in a comparable position; - Diploma in Procurement/Purchasing and Supplies Management or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. - Member of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management or Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply. - Supervisory course lasting not less than two (2) weeks from a recognized institution; - Proficiency in computer applications; and - Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
