## Title: Pre-School Teacher (Playgroup - PP2)
About the Role
Our client operates a growing school committed to providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young learners. They are seeking dedicated, passionate, and creative teachers to join their Pre-school team (Playgroup - PP2).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned to CBC for Playgroup, PP1, and PP2
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that supports exploration and holistic development
- Facilitate play-based learning, hands-on activities, and interactive engagements
- Observe, assess, and document children's progress in line with CBC learning outcomes
- Maintain class discipline through positive behaviour management strategies
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians on learners' progress and wellbeing
- Prepare teaching and learning materials and maintain proper classroom organisation
- Support school events, extracurricular activities, and other assigned duties
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE) from a recognized institution
- TSC registered or in the process of registration
- At least 2–3 years' experience teaching in a pre-school environment
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- CBC experience
- First Aid training or ECD-related short courses

- Creative lesson planning and ability to use a variety of teaching aids
