Portfolio Analyst – REITs

Job purpose: The Portfolio Officer – REITs provides operational, financial, and data analysis supportto the REIT Management team by assisting in portfolio monitoring, reporting, compliance documentation, and asset-level tracking. The role supports accurate data capture, reporting preparation, and day-to-day portfolio oversight to ensure effective performance monitoring, regulatory compliance, and informed decisionmaking, under supervision Knowledge, experience, and qualifications required Academic and Professional Qualifications/Memberships to professional bodies: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or a related field. - CPA, ACCA, CFA Level I, or real estate-related certification is an added advantage. - Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial analysis tools. Experience: Required: - Minimum 3 years’ experience in real estate Real Estate Finance, Property management finance, Investment analysis. - Asset management support roles
