Plumber at Emerge Egress Consulting

Role Objective

We are seeking a competent Plumber highly focused on ensuring all plumbing corrective and preventive maintenance activities are performed with excellence and efficiency.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and weekly plumbing operations
• Develop and execute major maintenance overhauls and outages
• Perform work necessary to maintain plumbing infrastructure and fixtures
• Troubleshoot and carry out repairs to equipment, machinery, valves, pumps, and building systems related to water, sewage, and steam piping
• Ensure all plumbing systems, machinery, and equipment are routinely inspected, repaired as required, and maintained in good working condition
• Respond to maintenance requests and carry out repairs in guest rooms and public areas
• Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing systems throughout the facility
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential plumbing problems and recommend preventive measures
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements
• Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Plumbing, Building & Construction, or equivalent work experience
• Three (3) years' experience in a similar plumbing role
• Demonstrated experience in plumbing and equipment repair
