About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Pharmacist to support the setup, optimization, and daily running of pharmacy operations. You will lead pharmacy teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive digital pharmacy initiatives in a growing healthcare organization.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience setting up or scaling pharmacy operations
• Strong operational and workflow management skills
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate pharmacy teams
• Strong relationship-building skills with insurance providers, brokers, and pharmaceutical suppliers and distributors
• Experience with e-pharmacy or digital pharmacy workflows (highly desirable)
• Up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy regulations and best practices in Kenya

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup, optimization, and daily running of pharmacy operations
• Ensure regulatory compliance, inventory accuracy, and quality assurance
• Coordinate with insurers, brokers, and suppliers to improve service delivery
• Lead pharmacy staff and contribute to performance and workflow improvements
• Support digital pharmacy processes including e-prescriptions, virtual consult fulfilment, order processing, and medication delivery workflows
• Provide clinical pharmaceutical guidance when needed
• Contribute to new pharmacy service innovations and expansion projects
