About the Role
A reputable healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Patient Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support and guidance to patients and visitors in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm greetings and immediate assistance to all visitors and patients
- Maintain an orderly waiting area and guide patients to appropriate service points
- Support patient registration and check-in procedures
- Communicate wait times clearly and manage patient expectations
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle non-clinical inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly
- Escalate urgent clinical or operational concerns to appropriate personnel
- Guide patients to relevant resources and support services
- Multitask effectively in a busy healthcare setting
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Clinical Medicine or Nursing, or Certificate in Health Services Support, Hospital Administration, Customer Care, or Healthcare Assistance
- 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing role (healthcare environment preferred)
