A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES - Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars for individuals or teams. - Prepare, edit, and distribute memos, invoices, reports, presentations, and other documents. - Order and maintain office supplies, and manage basic bookkeeping or expense tracking. - Assist other employees and departments with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
