## Title: Business Development Officer – Corporate Business
About the Role
Madison Group Limited is recruiting a Business Development Officer to drive growth in corporate sales and client relationships across Unit Trust Funds and Wealth Management products.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Acquisition – Grow sales of Unit Trust Funds and Wealth Management products marketed to the corporate business sectors
- Client Retention – Maintain and grow the Funds Under Management held by Corporate Clients
- Client Growth – Grow the number of corporate clients and maintain a high level of client relationships
- IFA Growth – Recruit, train and manage independent financial agents focused on corporate business
- Marketing Activities – Work closely with the Business Development and marketing teams to manage marketing activities and generate increased production from targeted segments
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- 1+ years' experience in corporate sales, preferably in the financial services industry
- Certification in sales and marketing courses (advantageous)
Required Competencies
- Analytical skills with a high degree of maturity and self-drive
- Sales management capacity and ability to build strong business relationships
- Strong presentation and communication skills
