## Title: Marketing Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Marketing Lead to plan and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive brand growth and marketplace expansion. This role is central to positioning the brand as the go-to destination for premium gifting solutions.

The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing campaigns that attract and engage customers while onboarding and retaining quality vendors. You will need a strategic and creative mindset, with a strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and marketplace dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that drive brand growth and marketplace expansion
  • Create and execute campaigns that attract and engage customers
  • Onboard and retain quality vendors on the platform
  • Build and manage the brand positioning in the gifting marketplace
  • Manage digital performance marketing and growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce, marketplaces, or lifestyle brands
  • Proven success in growth marketing, digital performance, and brand management
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, CRM, email automation, and Meta/Google Ads
  • Strong creative instincts and storytelling skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities
  • Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify, or marketplace CMS platforms (a plus)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment
