## Title: Marketing Executive

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Plan, manage, and oversee marketing campaigns across digital, print, and offline channels
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
  • Manage brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all platforms
  • Oversee content creation, including social media, website, blogs, email marketing, and promotional materials
  • Develop creative content aligned with the latest market trends
  • Manage photography and visual content for social media platforms
  • Promote hotel-related activities and initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to create integrated marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, recommending improvements for ROI optimization
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners
  • Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Organize promotional events, trade shows, customer engagement activities, and awards programs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–3 years' experience in marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs and computer literacy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management
  • Previous hospitality industry experience
