## Title: Marketing & Content Creator - Football Academy
About the Role
Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is seeking a qualified Marketing & Content Creator to join our football academy in Nairobi, Kenya. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies while creating engaging multimedia content across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve academy goals and manage overall brand identity
- Design and execute digital campaigns and social media management across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) with focus on clear KPIs, reach, and engagement growth
- Maintain a content calendar, ensuring new content is delivered at least every two days
- Create all content including videography, photography, and editing, requiring you to possess your own media equipment and editing tools
- Capture, produce, and promptly edit high-quality, trend-driven content (matches, training, events) with strong storytelling that highlights player journeys and achievements
- Ensure all content strictly follows brand guidelines, includes the logo, and maintains consistent, recognizable visual identity
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare marketing reports, and recommend improvements for content, campaigns, and overall strategy
- Collaborate with staff (coaches, admin) and the Marketing Team to align content with strategic goals (recruitment, awareness) and promptly upload all final raw and edited files to shared drives
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Film Production, or related field
- Proven, practical experience in marketing strategy, social media management, and end-to-end content creation (videography, photography, and editing)
- Sports marketing experience is an added benefit
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, audience profiling, and brand positioning
- Proficiency in running campaigns and analyzing insights
- Fluency in social media trends and algorithms
- Highly skilled photographer and videographer with creative expertise
