Marketing and Sales Internship

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing and Sales Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and client engagement in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns targeting clients who need language services
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients
• Support the sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups with prospective clients
• Create content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and other marketing materials
• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports with actionable insights
• Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and marketing activities
• Collaborate with the team on brainstorming sessions for new campaigns or client engagement strategies
• Attend client calls or virtual meetings to observe sales and account management processes
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing and sales team as needed

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant discipline, with demonstrated interest or prior experience in marketing, sales, or client-facing roles
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritise tasks, and maintain accurate records
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create marketing content and interact professionally with clients and team members
• Attention to detail when preparing marketing materials, reports, and client communications
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute effectively to team initiatives
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive, self-motivated attitude
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and social media platforms
