About the Position

Kaimosi Friends University College (KAFUCO) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Lecturer in Human Resource Management.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• An earned PhD or equivalent degree qualification in a relevant field from an accredited and recognized university, OR
• A Master's degree qualification (in special cases) with a minimum of 3 years' university teaching experience or research in a relevant area
• Registration with the relevant professional body (where applicable)
• A minimum of twenty-four (24) publication points, of which at least sixteen (16) must be from refereed journal papers
• Evidence of community service

Candidates from research institutions, practice, or industry must meet the minimum point requirements for their respective subcategory to qualify for appointment.
