About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and qualified Lecturer in French to join our expanding team. This is an opportunity to contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate education while advancing research and professional engagement within the discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and assess courses in French at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels
• Supervise undergraduate projects and other experiential learning programmes
• Supervise dissertations and theses at graduate level
• Participate in the development of undergraduate and postgraduate course curricula
• Initiate, promote, and participate in research projects
• Provide professional and community services, and initiate linkages and fundraising opportunities
• Carry out administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Earned Doctorate degree (or equivalent) from a recognized academic institution
• Registration or qualification for registration by a relevant professional body
• Compliance with Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya

Preferred Qualifications

• Published research and academic publications
