Laptop QC Agent

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough functional and cosmetic inspections of laptops. - Test hardware and software, including battery health, screen, keyboard, ports, WiFi/Bluetooth, speakers, and system activation. - Grade laptops as A (Excellent), B (Good), or C (Fair). - Clean, prepare, and package laptops according to SOPs. - Document inspection results and report defective or returned units. - Support re-inspection of repaired units. - Suggest process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency. Requirements: - A diploma and above in a Technical Course. - Knowledge of laptop hardware (HP, Dell, Lenovo preferred) and Windows OS. - Experience in laptop testing, diagnostics, or quality control. - Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to follow SOPs and work in a team. - Basic reporting and inventory skills.
