About the Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Office Manager to join our on-demand courier service team. In this position, you will serve as a Culture Ambassador, organizing and coordinating administration duties and office procedures across our Kenya offices in Nairobi and Mombasa. Your focus will be on creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment while ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. You will play a key role in the smooth running of our offices and help improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, landlord, catering, and security services
- Provide support to the facilities coordinator for maintenance vendor escalation
- Ensure vendor accountability and contract compliance
- Support in-house events, celebrations, and conferences
- Identify and resolve office-related issues promptly
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment
