Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support by resolving system issues, maintaining IT equipment, and training users. - Manage servers, networks, firewalls, VPNs, and user access to ensure reliable and secure systems. - Enforce security policies, manage backups, and monitor systems for risks or breaches. - Maintain and update software and enterprise systems while coordinating with vendors. - Manage IT assets through accurate inventory, procurement, and lifecycle oversight. - Document IT systems, prepare reports, and support audits with required technical information.
