## Title: IT Manager
About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated IT Manager to oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure, operations, and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all IT Infrastructure and Operations, including servers, networks, firewalls, and data centers
- Ensure maximum system uptime, robust data security, and disaster recovery readiness across the entire organization
- Oversee the full hardware and software lifecycle (procurement, deployment, maintenance, and upgrades)
- Support and optimize manufacturing systems (MES, SCADA, PLCs, and IoT) to enhance production efficiency
- Drive seamless IT and OT (Operational Technology) integration and connectivity with plant teams
- Implement and monitor advanced cybersecurity protocols for industrial networks and control systems
- Manage and maintain critical ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) covering production, inventory, and logistics
- Champion digital transformation and business process automation initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and manage IT staff across multiple plants and office locations
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party service providers and consultants
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with overall organizational goals
- Prepare and manage IT budgets, oversee cost optimization, and ensure compliance with data protection and ISO standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in an IT role, specifically within a manufacturing setup
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of ERP systems, MES, SCADA, Industrial IoT, and comprehensive network security protocols
- Proven hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management, automation systems integration, and advanced cybersecurity practices
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills for team and stakeholder coordination
