## Title: Customer Experience/Care Intern
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. We are recruiting two interns to join our Customer Experience/Care department.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations in assigned departments
- Participate in field activities and assist technical teams where applicable
- Contribute to data collection, reporting, and customer service activities
- Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and ethical standards
Minimum Requirements
- Kenyan citizen below the age of 35 years
- Diploma or degree from a recognized institution in a relevant field
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Internship Duration and Stipend
The internship will run for one year. Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend as per company policy.
