## Title: Insurance Sales Agent
Role Overview
We are a licensed Insurance Agency offering a wide range of insurance covers from multiple underwriters. We are seeking professional and results-driven Insurance Sales Agents to recruit, advise, onboard, and support customers while contributing to sustainable agency growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively market and promote the Company's insurance products and services to clients
- Prospect, engage, and onboard customers through both digital and physical channels
- Advise clients on suitable insurance covers based on their needs and risk profiles
- Follow up on leads, policy renewals, and premium payments
- Provide excellent customer service and effective after-sales support
- Uphold high standards of ethics, professionalism, and regulatory compliance
- Attend all mandatory Company meetings, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and strategy sessions
- Participate in training programs, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Insurance, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in sales (prior experience in insurance is an added advantage)
- Demonstrated passion for sales and customer engagement
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of policies sold and premiums generated
- Customer acquisition and retention rates
- Renewal conversion rates
- Compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements
Compensation
Performance-based commission linked to successful conversions, with competitive commissions, rewards, and sales incentives.
