Installation Supervisor- Kisumu

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Installation Supervisor to manage and coordinate installation operations in Kisumu, Kenya. You will oversee installer teams, ensure timely job completion, manage logistics and inventory, and maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with dispatch to schedule daily appointments for installers
• Coordinate transportation of materials and equipment to customer premises
• Ensure 100% successful job ticket completion as scheduled
• Track job ticket status to close leads and monitor installation fulfillment
• Manage installer clusters to achieve a minimum of 2 installations per day
• Approve additional installation materials beyond standard kits and process additional customer payments
• Ensure all installers have KYC Kits for customer onboarding and toolboxes for physical installation work
• Manage collection of accessories and devices from designated stock pickup points
• Reconcile inventory and accessories picked versus deployed by installers
• Track daily team attendance at gate meetings and prospect logging requirements
• Design route plans (PJP) within assigned territory and conduct daily gate meetings with installers to ensure compliance with governance metrics
• Reconcile paid tickets not fulfilled within 24 hours and coordinate with customers and installation management for closure
• Supervise task completion within allocated timeframes
• Onboard and train new installers
• Conduct performance management and evaluations for installer teams
• Provide daily reports of completed work with corresponding timesheets for submission
• Authorize returns and refunds for failed customer acceptance of installations

Required Qualifications

• Networks, technical, or electrical qualification (or equivalent)
• Professional qualification in Project Management Techniques
• IT literacy and business education (advantageous)
• Ability to operate effectively in a performance-driven organization
• Strong troubleshooting skills
