## Title: Indoor Sales Representative
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as an Indoor Sales Representative.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve set secondary sales targets (volume and value) by strictly adhering to set journey plans to deliver maximum distribution of products at the retail end
- Attend to walk-in customers and handle all inbound sales inquiries
- Understand customer needs, provide accurate product information, and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
- Update and maintain sales records, customer databases, and order logs
- Collaborate with the sales team, warehouse, and logistics for smooth operations
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Execute sales drivers with focus on availability, affordability, accessibility, and activation
- Achieve distribution targets in assigned territory by meeting customer call rate coverage targets, securing new outlets, and expanding portfolio availability
Required Skills & Competencies
- Minimum degree in Sales & Marketing from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in electronics
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Proficiency in customer relationship management
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, high-accountability environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Credibility and effectiveness in customer interactions
