Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
• Manage employee relations, welfare, and HR compliance
• Coordinate training programs, leave management, and payroll support
• Ensure HR policies and labor laws are effectively implemented across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
• 3–4 years of HR experience in a fast-paced organization
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CHRP certification

Compensation

KSh 40,000 – 50,000 (gross per month)
