## Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, including casual staff
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Take ownership of payroll administration and benefits management, ensuring timely and precise processing
  • Prepare and submit monthly HR reports to management, providing insights and recommendations
  • Initiate and oversee staff training and development programmes, promoting continuous learning
  • Coordinate and manage disciplinary processes in line with company policy, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
  • Handle employee queries and provide clear guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace environment
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions about benefits, payroll, and company policies

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in human resources or administrative roles
  • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
