## Title: HR Intern
Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration & Records: Maintain employee information, organize HR documents, and ensure data accuracy
- Coordination & Scheduling: Arrange interviews, meetings, and training sessions
- Payroll Support: Assist with timesheets and payroll processing to ensure accurate compensation
- Employee Support & Engagement: Respond to HR-related queries, support engagement initiatives, and assist with performance reviews
- Training & Development: Support training and development initiatives
Qualifications
- At least 6 months to 1 year of internship experience
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations (advantageous)
