## Title: Hotel Manager

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel including front office, housekeeping, kitchen, and guest services
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction
  • Supervise and support staff across departments, ensuring performance, motivation, and adherence to hotel policies
  • Monitor expenses and revenues, and work proactively to improve profitability
  • Handle guest complaints, requests, and feedback professionally
  • Implement marketing and sales initiatives to increase bookings and visibility
  • Maintain inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Generate regular reports for management on operations and performance

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a hotel managerial or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage a team and optimize operations
  • Business-minded with strong organizational and budgeting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems (preferred)
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
