Job description

This is a leadership role for a senior sales professional who can drive growth, build strong client relationships, and lead a high-performing B2B sales team. Role Highlights: - Own and execute the overall sales strategy - Drive revenue growth across corporate & key accounts - Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team - Identify new markets, channels, and business opportunities - Work closely with operations & marketing for seamless delivery Ideal Background: - 8–15 years in B2B sales - 4+ years in a senior sales leadership role - Experience in branding / printing / signage / advertising / visual solutions / B2B services - Strong exposure to corporate and institutional clients - Location: East Africa - Competitive compensation + performance incentives (Details shared during discussions) - Client name will be disclosed only after candidate interest & profile validation.
