Front Office Secretary
About the Position

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Headmaster and senior management
- Manage correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate records, student files, and confidential documents
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points for meetings as required
- Coordinate school calendars, appointments, and events
- Liaise with parents, staff, and external stakeholders in a courteous and efficient manner
- Support admissions, examinations, and general office operations as required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems (advantageous)
