## Title: Front Desk Officer
About the Role
Kinetic Controls Limited is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Officer to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and highly computer literate, with strong administrative and procurement experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Maintain office and supplier records with accuracy
- Provide general administrative support to management
- Assist with procurement processes and supplier coordination
- Assist with office operations and daily tasks
- Prepare and manage basic budgets
- File and track daily expenses and receipts
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in a front desk or administrative role
- Experience in procurement is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Basic budgeting and financial record-keeping skills
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Certificate in procurement or office management (an added advantage)
- Strong computer literacy with MS Office skills
