About the Role
Peaks Hotel is recruiting a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to join our established hospitality team in Nairobi, Kenya.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management, or a related field
- At least 3 years' experience in a F&B supervisory role
- Good leadership and team-management skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards
- Competence in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel management systems
