About the Role

Our client is a vibrant lounge, restaurant, and coffee bar known for exceptional service, great ambiance, and quality food and beverages. We are seeking a dedicated Floor Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless customer experience across all areas of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the lounge, restaurant, and coffee bar
• Ensure smooth service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Oversee staff schedules, attendance, discipline, and performance management
• Monitor sales, prepare daily performance reports, and ensure accountability of cash and stock
• Maintain hygiene, ambiance, and operational efficiency across all sections
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly
• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Liaise with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure quality and consistency

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, food & beverage, or similar environments
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
• Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations in hospitality
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
