Position Summary

An established company is recruiting a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, compliance, and reporting to ensure the sustainability of mission-driven programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term financial strategies
• Lead budgeting and expenditure monitoring across departments
• Prepare timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage credit control, receivables, and client relationships
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and financial reporting standards
• Strengthen internal controls and coordinate audits
• Champion financial systems integration and data security
• Mentor finance staff and promote a culture of accountability
• Support donor compliance and proposal development

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Public Administration, or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA-K, CIFA, or ACCA certification
• Leadership training from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 10 years' experience, with at least 5 years in senior management
• Experience managing donor funds and reporting
• Strong analytical, planning, and crisis management skills
