E-commerce, Reservations & Marketing Agent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Role: - Responsible for management of OTAS, central reservations office, liaising with the marketing team to develop promotions and content for online platforms and responsible for distributing marketing campaigns including email & WhatsApp marketing as well as responding to guest feedback. Experience: - Prior experience managing OTAS (Booking.com and Airbnb) is essential. - A minimum of 2 years experience working in hotel reservations or tour operator - Knowledge or experience in short-term rentals is an added advantage - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to sell - Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. - Customer-focused with ability to anticipate and address guest needs
