## Title: Director of Case Management and Accreditation
Job Purpose
Provide strategic leadership in the formulation, implementation, and review of policies, strategies, standards, guidelines, and procedures for dispute administration, panel applicant empanelment, and standards compliance at the Centre.
Key Responsibilities
Policy and Strategic Development
- Develop, implement, and review policies, strategies, frameworks, work plans, legislation, guidelines, standards, norms, rules, procedures, and regulations for case management and accreditation
- Spearhead promotion and facilitation of international commercial arbitration in accordance with the NCIA Act and other regulations
- Develop, implement, and review rules encompassing accreditation and quality assurance for conciliation, mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution processes
- Formulate national policies, laws, and plans of action on alternative dispute resolution in collaboration with lead agencies and non-State actors
- Develop guidelines on civil and criminal matters requiring alternative dispute resolution as a first instance before court adjudication, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Compliance and Standards Management
- Ensure standards are adhered to during the conduct of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution processes
- Guide administration of domestic and international arbitrations and alternative dispute resolution techniques under the Centre's auspices
- Coordinate provision of advice and assistance for the enforcement and translation of arbitral awards
- Lead enforcement, monitoring, and evaluation of compliance standards
