## Title: Direct Sales Executive – Home Broadband

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to drive customer acquisition and sales growth in the home broadband sector across the Nairobi market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with customer acquisition and onboarding processes, including KYC requirements and customer education on service top-ups
  • Collaborate with Line Manager to develop, execute, and monitor sales initiatives in assigned area
  • Track adherence to SLAs on acquisition and onboarding
  • Recover devices from non-compliant customers
  • Provide first-level support with on-ground troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues
  • Escalate customer and network issues that cannot be resolved at first level
  • Conduct daily collation of target achievement
  • Track and analyze monthly trends within assigned markets
  • Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports as required
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities
  • Provide customer insights and identify products or services that meet customer needs
  • Plan and execute on-ground marketing initiatives including road shows, estate activations, and mall promotions

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • 1+ years of outdoor sales experience (preferably in the telecom industry, but not mandatory)
  • Commercial acumen with understanding of the competition landscape, devices, packages, and commission schemes
  • Tech savvy with knowledge of solutions across both 5G and Fixed Wireless Services
  • Resilience and ability to deliver against stretch targets
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of telecom/fixed wireless trends
