Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and curate engaging, creative, and high-quality content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent content delivery.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to produce multimedia content (videos, graphics, blogs).
- Monitor platform trends and recommend innovative content formats.
- Implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
- Identify trends, monitor competitors, and adapt strategies to stay current in the social media landscape.
- Suggest and execute new ways to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor, respond to, and moderate user comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Build and nurture an active and engaged social media community.
- Facilitate online conversations and interact with followers to enhance brand loyalty.
- Use design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent) and AI design tools to create high-quality social media creatives.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Work closely with the Creative Designer to produce assets on time and reduce workflow bottlenecks.
- Capture and edit video/photo content during events, product shoots, test drives, and showroom activities.
- Manage WhatsApp Business for lead nurturing, customer follow-ups, and automated flows.
- Support email marketing using platforms such as Zoho Marketing Automation or Mailchimp.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-up and accurate lead routing.
- Track lead performance and conversion insights for reporting.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or other platforms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and inform future strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing social media campaigns.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Work with marketing teams to ensure paid campaigns align with broader digital marketing strategies.
