Job specifications For appointment to this grade, an Officer must have: - - Cumulative service period of fifteen (15) years relevant work experience three (3) years of which should have been at the grade of Assistant Director, Planning or in a comparable position; - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation or its equivalent from a university recognized in Kenya; - Master’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Project Management, Strategic Management, Monitoring and Evaluation or equivalent qualification from an institution recognized in Kenya; - Membership to a relevant professional body / institution; - Certificate in Leadership Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution. - Proficiency in computer applications. - Demonstrated professional competence and ability to work performance and results.
