We are looking for a motivated full-time Customer Success Specialist to deliver exceptional support to clients, address their concerns, and ensure satisfaction with our software and services. Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Own and manage customer relationships from onboarding through ongoing engagement
- Guide new clients through structured onboarding and ensure successful system adoption
- Collaborate with the support, sales, and product teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
- Create and update training materials and documentation for clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions
- Perform other duties as assigned
