## Title: Customer Success Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated full-time Customer Success Specialist to deliver exceptional support to clients, address their concerns, and ensure satisfaction with our software and services. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Own and manage customer relationships from onboarding through ongoing engagement
  • Guide new clients through structured onboarding and ensure successful system adoption
  • Collaborate with the support, sales, and product teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
  • Create and update training materials and documentation for clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
