This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. - We are looking for a motivated full-time Customer Success Specialist to deliver exceptional support to clients, address their concerns, and ensure satisfaction with our software and services. The role also involves client engagement and education. RESPONSIBILITIES - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues. - Collaborate with the support, sales, and product teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions. - Own and manage customer relationships from onboarding through ongoing engagement. - Create and update training materials and documentation for clients. - Guide new clients through structured - onboarding and ensure successful system adoption. - Other duties as assigned.
